2. What the Service Does

The Service takes HTML written by the AI agent you connect (Claude Code, Codex, and so on) and writes it into Figma Slides or Google Slides as slides. The writing and structuring of slide content is done by the agent you have contracted with — we do not perform that step.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your jurisdiction requires it. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the connections you authorize from the Figma plugin and your editor. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not violate any law or these Terms, place excessive automated load that disrupts the Service, create illegal or harmful content or content that infringes others' rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of what you input and of the slides created through the Service. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us a licence to store, copy, convert, and display that content, limited to what is necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. This licence extends to those purposes only.

7. Third-Party Materials

The Service may let you use external fonts, images, and icons; these remain the property of their respective owners, and you are responsible for confirming that your use falls within their licence. Figma and Google Slides are operated by their respective providers, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

8. Credits and Billing

Some features consume credits. Credits are consumed in exactly two cases — when slides are added (create_slides) and when slide content changes (edit_slide). No other operation consumes credits.

If and when paid plans launch, prices, billing intervals, and taxes will be shown at checkout. We will give notice of a price change before it applies to a future billing cycle.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms or if your use disrupts the Service. If we discontinue the Service itself, we will give reasonable advance notice.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We also make no warranty about the accuracy of content produced by AI agents. Always review the output yourself before relying on it.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. When we make a material change, we will tell you through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after that notice means you accept the revised Terms.
